iVision: Electronic file and health care follow-up manager

iVision¹ consists of specially developed software by Retina-Labs dedicated to providing services and organization for teleophthalmology that enables screening, triage, expert telemedical consultaiton, and general consulting services. It also provides an intuitive, practical electronic general eye examination file.

iVision provides expert telemedical consultation for:

• Diabetic retinopathy
• Macular degeneration
• Glaucoma

as well as general consulting services and an electronic general eye examination file for optometrists or ophthalmologists.

For diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and macular degeneration, iVision takes care of the management and organisation of data obtained from:

• A single mobile camera for multiple locations.
• Multiple cameras for one or more locations.
• One or more cameras used by one or more operators.

Although the electronic capture and transmission of data and images are relatively straightforward, iVision provides the necessary management and overview of the entire screening process, from the creation of an imaging appointment, to the follow-up with an ophthalmologist, and yearly patient recall.

iVision can be easily downloaded through the web. You can provide services through your own server, or management and housing can be provided on a dedicated server.
